We arrive an hour to ninety minutes before the party. The ground needs to be level and dry for our trailer. To reserve the date of your event, a $200 deposit is required. If the full cash amount is due on the day of the event, Checks will be required to be received a week prior to the event. Check or Cash only. (Sales tax & Gratuity will be added to the final invoice). There is a 30-day minimum notice required to cancel for a full refund. In case of forecasted inclement weather, an event can be rescheduled with a 48-hour notice; however, we can serve in light rain • Additional charges apply for trips 30 minutes or longer from Middletown.
